This study suggests that the artificial light from your smartphone or computer can cut your melatonin levels, which affects the quality of your sleep.
That’s why we should try to sleep outdoors as much as we possibly can.

A study in Japan showed that spending around 2 hours in the forest daily has a lot of benefits for us. Benefits such as — lower blood pressure, low concentration of cortisol, lower pulse rates, as well as higher levels of white blood cells.
The Japanese describe this as forest-bathing, which means that when we spend time in forests the chemical the trees give off also protects us.
Furthermore, even a one-night outdoor sleep can boost our immune activity for at least a week!
